May 2011-14 Months

Happy 14 Months!! Ava is talking up a storm putting 2 words together.  Some new words this month were: home, oh-no, scratch, Myla,  nap, no-nap, rock baby, and Pop-Pop. She got a bottom molar. And, sings her a-b-c's while dancing. She named her baby doll Mamie (Aunt Amy). And, right now her baby is her favorite toy...she rocks, feeds, and tells her baby shhhhhh.

Brrrrrr, it was cold the beginning of May!!!!!

 We enjoyed a visit from Karen, Hope, and Juliana. Ava loved playing with Hope but needs to learn to share her toys!!!!

April 2011-13 Months!!

Happy 13 Months!! During April, Ava's new words were: happy, Dora, stop, apple, Elmo, bye-bye, down, pap, and banana which she pronounces mynana. This month she started to blow kisses. She also is a little mommy by giving her baby doll a bottle, rocking her baby , and she even tells the baby "shhhhhh"!! She can point to her belly button, ears, eyes, hair, hands, knees, feet, and toes. 

Can't wait for warm weather!!

It's difficult to get Ava to sit on her rocking chair. She wants to turn around on it and stand.

Myla came home!!!!!

Myla came home!! Grammy Snyder cooked dinner and Uncle Mike made dessert for Myla's coming home. Grammy and Grandpappy Snyder, Nana Sines, Aunt Alison, Uncle Mike and Cousin Ava were there to greet Myla.

Ava was very anxious to see Myla. But, Ava is a little rough so she didn't get a chance to hold Myla. But, she liked to look at Myla and repeatedly said baby, baby, baby, baby!! :)
