Big Girl

Ava is a flower for Halloween.  All pics were taken at Penn Alps. And, the last outfit was the flower outfit. For the other outfits, Mommy and Daddy had to work to make her smile. She was very serious. But, when we put the flower on her, she was laughing out loud and smiling constantly.

31 weeks: 10/10/10-10/16/10

On 10/11/10, Aunt Amy stopped by to see Mommy and Daddy's new blue roof and fed Ava sweet potatoes!!

AUNT AMY IS HAVING A BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Ava is so excited to announce that her Aunt Amy is having a baby!! Aunt Amy is due 03/28/11. Ava dearly loves her Aunt Amy and is so excited to have a new cousin. She'll teach her cousin everything since she'll be a year older.

 In this pic, Aunt Amy is about 4 months pregnant.

30 Weeks Old: 10/03/10-10/09/10

This week Ava got to eat carrots and squash, and she loves them both. AND, she's getting another tooth. She's getting one of her top front teeth. In this pic, she's excited about carrots!! :) Yeah....carrots!!

29 Weeks Old: 09/26/10-10/02/10

                Beach Baby

On Sept 26th, we drove home from the beach. As you can see, the car is packed full. Ava slept most of the way home until Daddy let her drive!!

This was a big week for Ava because she finally got to eat some real food....yum.  These pics are her first bites of real food....sweat peas. At first she make a nasty face when eating, but after a couple of bites, she gobbled up the food. She loves sweet peas. This week she also ate green beans. She is not a big fan of green beans ( like her Mommy)!!

Reading her Elmo book!! Ava loves to flip through the pages and "talks" like she's reading. She'll pull the book to her face to give Elmo a kiss.

28 weeks old!! 09/19/10-09/25/10

Beach time!!!!! Ava's first trip to the beach was to Virginia Beach, and she LOVED it!! This was her first long distance trip. We left after work Sept.23 and got to Virginia around 1am. Ava slept the whole way.

Happy 4th Anniversary on 09/23/10!! Daddy had flowers waiting for Mommy at the hotel room....Mommy's favorite....yellow roses. 

The chilly water didn't bother Ava. She was having a great time kicking her arms and legs and laughing. Next year, she'll be swimming!!!! :) We had a great time at Virigina Beach. We went to the Neptune Festival and walked the boardwalk. We can't wait to go back!! :)
